Intel
Intel approached us with a critical problem: how can they differentiate themselves from other Blue Chip corporations and attract the best talent available?
Together, we discovered their unique edge: the extraordinary way they value their employees, recognizing them as crucial, dynamic contributors rather than mere components in the corporate mechanism.
Working with Intel to find the story, we centered on Jennifer, an Intel employee whose daughter was born with rare neurological disorders, PAX5 and ALG13. Intel's adaptable policies and Jennifer's relentless spirit transformed a personal crisis into a beacon of hope, culminating in the creation of the Finding Nori foundation. This intimate portrayal of Jennifer's experience sheds light on Intel's approach to crises, underscoring a profound truth: the more a company invests in its people, the richer the returns in loyalty, innovation, and human connection.
